As Purchasing Manager, I am responsible for managing the company's purchasing process for raw materials and other supplies. My main task is to ensure that quality materials are sourced under the best possible conditions - that means on time, at the right price and from reliable suppliers. My job exposes me to new challenges and I strive to build long-term partnerships with my suppliers, as these are the key to reliable purchasing channels.

In the company, I take care of the technological preparation of the production of metal structures - from the analysis of project documentation, the selection of materials and the determination of optimal manufacturing processes to the technical support of the production process. In addition, I draw the structures, program CNC machines (tube and fibre laser, plasma, apkant press) and carry out machining operations.

I contribute to the efficient and accurate execution of projects through a clearly defined technological process, high-quality technical documentation and close cooperation with production. My work reduces errors, speeds up execution and improves the control of production processes. My motto is: "Every detail counts - quality starts with the design."

As Laser Cutting Manager, I am responsible for organising and managing the entire laser cutting process. I am responsible for communication with customers, preparing quotations and optimising material consumption and the utilisation of production resources. In addition, I manage the sheet metal warehouse, ensure a smooth material flow and ensure the quality of the cut parts in accordance with the company's production plan.

Through efficient organisation and the use of advanced laser technology, we enable fast, accurate and flexible cutting, which has a significant impact on the quality and efficiency of the overall production. This helps our customers to assemble their finished products faster. If necessary, we can also prepare drawings of the desired elements to be cut. We believe in a "fast, efficient, accurate" approach - we can and we do!

As Production Manager at Metallmar, I ensure that the production processes - from planning and organisation of work to quality control and on-time delivery of projects - run smoothly. With a clear structure, accountability and commitment, I guide the team to work efficiently, safely and to a high quality.

An important part of my job is quality control and monitoring project costs to ensure safe, high quality and economical execution. The work is very varied and I enjoy working with a lot of different people; I am motivated by the feeling of working with a team to produce a final product that reflects our effort, precision and good coordination. As Installation Manager at Metallmar, I make sure that every project on site is carried out accurately, safely and according to plan. My job involves coordinating with the site manager, allocating tasks within the team and keeping up-to-date with the challenges that the assembly process brings.

I am responsible for the physical receipt of materials, checking quantity and quality, and recording all internal movements. I organise the preparation and dispatch of material for external processing (powder coating, galvanising) and ensure the accuracy and completeness of shipments to assembly and end customers.
I ensure smooth production and assembly workflows through consistent record-keeping, material inspection and timely stock preparation. My accuracy and accountability make an important contribution to the efficiency, traceability and reliability of the company's supply chain.
